Small SEO Tools

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what happens to information when you use Small SEO Tools at smallseotool.in. It was last updated on 27 July 2026.

The content you put into the tools

The text you paste and the images you select are processed by JavaScript inside your own browser. That content is not transmitted to our server, is not written to a database and is not visible to us at any point. Closing or reloading the page discards it. This applies to every tool on the site, including the text tools, the SEO generators, the code tools and the image tools.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our web server records standard request logs: the IP address making the request, the page requested, the time, the referring page and the browser user agent. These logs are used to keep the site running, investigate errors and detect abuse. They are not used to build a profile of you.

Cookies

The site itself sets very few cookies. WordPress may set a cookie if you leave a comment or log in to the administration area. Third parties described below may set their own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the tools will continue to work.

Advertising

We display advertising to pay for hosting. Where Google AdSense is used, Google and its partners may use cookies or device identifiers to serve ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings, and review how Google handles data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Third party vendors may also be used, and each operates under its own privacy policy.

Analytics

If a privacy conscious analytics tool is in use, it records aggregate page view counts and referrers. It does not identify individual visitors.

The contact form

When you send a message through the contact form, the name, email address and message you provide are emailed to the site owner so we can reply. They are kept in our mailbox for as long as the conversation is useful and are never sold or shared for marketing.

Children

The site is a general audience utility and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Because the tools do not store your content, in practice this usually only concerns contact form emails. Write to rohitkashyap000047@gmail.com and we will act on the request.

External links

Some pages link to documentation and services run by other organisations. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects you, the date at the top of the page will be updated. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
