Before you write
- Reporting a problem with a tool? Tell us which tool, which browser you were using, and paste a short example of the input that failed. That makes it far quicker to reproduce.
- Suggesting a new tool? Describe the job you are trying to do rather than only the tool name, so we can work out the most useful form for it.
- Advertising or partnership enquiry? Put “Advertising” in the subject line.
- Privacy or data question? Read the privacy policy first, then write to us if anything is still unclear.
